NASA Administrator Charles Bolden held high-level talks with European Space Agency (ESA) Director Jean-Jacques Dordain at ESA headquarters in Paris today. The meeting covered a number of issues, including cooperation on the International Space Station and Earth science programs, and possible future cooperation on exploration. Following this meeting, Bolden also held bilateral discussions with Yannick d'Escatha, president of the French space agency CNES. The meetings were the first of several scheduled during the next few days with senior European

space officials and government ministers.
